About HART
HART (Humane Animal Rescue Team) of Texas is all about helping animals.  HART was founded in 1995 as an all volunteer organization that partners with local animal shelters to provide foster care and find permanent homes for adoptable companion animals.  HART also maintains an educational program about proper pet care, pet over-population, the benefits of spaying and neutering and the humane treatment of all animals.  HART is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization run completely by volunteers and funded by public donations.  We are dedicated to helping as many animals as possible, and the people who love them.
